Watercolor FUNdamentals
In this class we will explore the basic principles of watercolor painting. Learn or refresh your understanding of color mixing, brush handling techniques, resists, flat and graded washes, glazing, wet-on-dry and wet-on-wet techniques, and more. This class focuses on the simple delight of mixing color with water, brushing it on paper, and watching what happens as it moves and dries. You will learn easy ways to create paintings that are all about color and the sometimes unpredictable nature of water. No drawing skills are needed.
